About the group

Our altar

The London Serene Reflection Meditation Group meets each week to meditate together and deepen our practice of the Serene Reflection tradition of Buddhism (known as Ts’ao-Tung Ch’an in China and Soto Zen in Japan).

The group is affilliated with the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives.

Taking part

If you would like to take part in our practice you are welcome to attend the group meetings.

If it is your first visit you will need to learn how to meditate in the Serene Reflection tradition. A Lay Minister of the OBC is available to give meditation instruction. This usually takes place just before the group meets – please ring Basia Lautman on 0777 853 8411 or email to arrange a time.
