The London Serene Reflection Meditation Group meets each week to meditate together and deepen our practice of the Serene Reflection tradition of Buddhism (known as Ts'ao-Tung Ch'an in China and Soto Zen in Japan).
The group is affiliated with the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives.
Our principal UK centre is Throssel Hole Buddhist Abbey.

You may find it helpful to read "Sitting Buddha". It can be listened to or downloaded here. Chapter 2 is particularly useful for your first visit to the group.
