About the group

The London Serene Reflection Meditation Group meets each week to meditate together and deepen our practice of the Serene Reflection tradition of Buddhism (known as Ts’ao-Tung Ch’an in China and Soto Zen in Japan).

The group is affilliated with the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives.

Taking part

If you would like to take part in our practice you are welcome to attend the group meetings. The first time you come you will need to learn how to meditate in the Serene Reflection tradition. Someone will be available to give meditation instruction. This usually takes place at 7pm just before the group meets but please make an arrangement in advance by using the contacts below.
